1. Free Survey & Quotation	A member of the Thermaroof team visits your home to assess your conservatory’s style, Victorian, Edwardian, Lean-to, P-Shaped, or Gable Ended, and talk you through your options. No sales staff, no commission.
2. Your Quote	You receive a detailed quote. We promise to beat competitors, including Guardian and Superlite, by £1,000s. Finance is available on request.
3. Confirming Your Project	You confirm your chosen tile (Tapco, Metrotile, or Decra), your preferred colour, and your installation date. Everything is agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Installation Day	The team removes the old glass or polycarbonate roof and installs the new lightweight insulated Thermaroof™ system with your chosen tiles. All staff are directly employed,  no subcontractors. The external roof is typically finished on Day 1 for most projects. Advanced and bespoke conservatories may take a few days to complete.
5. Internal Finishing	Day 2 is usually the inside. The ceiling is plastered to a room-quality finish, and any electrical work, such as lighting, can be incorporated at this stage if this is needed.
6. Clean-Up & Sign-Off	All waste and old materials are removed from your property. A final walkthrough ensures you’re completely happy. Most installations are complete within two days.
7. Your Guarantees	You receive a 10-year installation guarantee (underwritten by TOPCO and regulated by the FSA) and a 40-year material guarantee for Tapco and Metrotile tiles.
